Appointments and Scheduling

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our approved booking channels.
• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case no fee will be charged.

Fees and Payment

• Session fees vary by service type. Current fees are available upon request.
• Payment is due before each session unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash and bank transfers via PayNow and Wise.
• Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
