keeping secrets, holding your breath?

lacking a trusted someone that can support/understand you the way you support/understand others?

grieving your/the “old life” and relationships?

frustrated with your health?

heartbroken, tired and feeling alone with it all?

trying to come to terms with the brutality of colonization (and all its arms eg capitalism & patriarchy) and the sacred rage that comes up?

wanting to decolonize from machine life and empire?

wanting to reindigenize in community?

needing a safe space to be seen, heard and supported?

just wanting a break to rest, play and blow bubbles?

enough is ENOUGH?!

i am here with and for you.

let’s SCREAMMM, let’s cry, let’s grieve together.

and when we are supported, we can (re)birth and (re)love ourselves… so we can collectively build this “new” world we dream of, ache for… one that has ALL OF US restful, joyous and living free.

i have come to understand that to “heal” and to be of help to our planet, i need to decolonize and reindigenize in community.
